Hi and welcome to Bake Couture by Kirsten (formerly Cake Couture by Kirsten).
My name is Kirsten and I am the designer, baker and decorator behind all of the creations you will see on here.
My journey as a cake decorator started at the young age of 10 when I entered my first cake in the local country show and won 1st prize!
Since then I have followed my dreams and gone on to become a qualified Pastry Chef, an experienced Wedding Cake Designer and now a creator of gorgeous edible pieces of art in the form of cupcakes and cookies. More recently I started to designed gorgeous organic cotton tea towels.
